Eligibility: You may return any unused and undamaged product within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Procedure

Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging or an appropriate box to avoid any damage during transit. Use the provided return shipping label to send the product back to us.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. We will issue the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
